Dear Clients,

As a result of a personal relocation decision, I have decided to close On Tract Insurance Services.  In doing so, my first concern was to identify a well-qualified agency to continue to efficiently handle your bonding requests.  After many interviews I found that Diversified Builder Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of PFF Bancorp), with their several years of servicing the builder/developer community, to be an ideal fit.

Diversified Builder Services is located in Claremont, CA and provides various services to regional developers in the Western United States, including lending, loan placement, surety bonds, appraisal services, entitlement consulting, project due diligence and equity placement.  I will be working closely with their team and your current surety for the next year to insure a seamless transition.
